GetMega is a real-money gaming platform where users compete in games like poker, rummy, trivia, and arcade titles to win actual cash. When I joined the team, the product had traction, but there were significant UX challenges to address:
My role was to rethink the user experience across multiple areas, including onboarding, learning, gameplay, wallet interactions, and platform usability. I also helped establish a design system for long-term growth.
The design team needed a system that could support the rapidly expanding feature set of GetMega. I took the initiative to create a design system that would help the development team move faster while maintaining consistent, high-quality UI across devices.
